At State48 Lawn Care, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be offered.
The Basics
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. If the issue still cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

Services were not performed as agreed

A prepaid service was canceled with sufficient notice (see cancellation policy)

There was a billing error or duplicate charge

The service did not meet reasonable quality standards and we were unable to correct it after being notified
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

Services completed and approved by the customer

Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Travel or setup charges (if applicable)

Fees for services performed more than 3 days ago without any reported issues
4. Prepaid Plans
If you cancel a prepaid service plan (monthly, seasonal, or annual), we will refund the unused portion minus any discounts applied to services already rendered. A minimum cancellation fee of $25 may apply to cover administrative costs.
